Team Based Workshops

There are a number of circumstances in which a facilitated team workshop can add real value to a team, a department, or an organisation as a whole.

We believe that a high performing team can be so much more than the sum of its parts.  No matter what the make-up of the team might be, it is important to find the most effective way of combining individual talents for the collective good of the team and its organisation, thereby delivering outstanding results.

Teams can face challenges from many sources: around lack of clarity of purpose, lack of understanding of stakeholder needs, lack of engagement with their broader group, avoidance of tough discussions and issues,  challenging relationships between team members, poorly defined values and behaviours and the lack of a collective approach to name but a few.

We will meet with you to understand the challenges you are facing and we will design full day or half day workshops to meet your specific needs. Sometimes our clients find it useful for us to gather feedback from stakeholders and from the team participants themselves which provides a useful input to the team workshop and a basis for making decisions around how to improve. On other occasions we might undertake psychometric assessment for each individual and, by agreement, use the combined team result to inform a discussion on how to get the best out of the team and how to respect, benefit from differences.

We are accredited to use both Hogan and Myers Briggs instruments as inputs to our workshops.  We can build a range of half day workshops designed to address specific topics such as team communication, decision making, influencing styles and managing change.
