Adrian Hawes

Adrian co-founded Orion Business Solutions in 2012 to provide Consulting, Coaching and Facilitation services to clients across a range of industries, including Asset Management and Insurance firms in the City and private clients.

For over 20 years Adrian has enjoyed a successful and diverse career covering many facets of business and industry, ranging from marketing, market research, advertising and finance to Information Technology and Project Management and latterly Property Development and Construction.  He has held a variety of management roles in Asset Management with Fidelity International, Market Research with PE/Lorien and advertising.

IT has been a prevalent theme throughout Adrian's entire career and as a result he has gained a vast understanding of all aspects of technology, its use in business and construction and how best to develop, implement and maintain it throughout the systems lifecycle.

Adrian is experienced in leading large multi cultural teams in both operational and project delivery functions on an international basis.  Specifically he has enjoyed success in managing the Application Support, Change Management, Systems Testing and implementation functions within Fidelity Investments and the Project and Programme Management of a number of high visibility development projects. 

Adrian provides technology and finance services to Orion and is responsible for ensuring the necessary underpinning technology is in place to support the growth of the business. He also manages financial processes and provides a range of management information to ensure robust business controls and governance.

Adrian has lived and worked both in the UK and India and has travelled extensively throughout his career.
